Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support one of our largest clients. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in software development in test (SDET) within the software development field.
• Experience in automation testing for a variety of areas, including microservices, integration and regression testing, working with AWS environments and tools, Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s), load testing, shell scripting, data integrity, and ensuring service compliance.
• Advanced skills in Python
• Proven experience in leading test coordination efforts across multiple teams and business units.

Desired:

• Front-end development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality standards, measures, and tools for new applications, products, or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Serve as a quality advocate or coach between Quality Engineering and Agile/Delivery teams, helping engineers ensure that software design meets user requirements and quality specifications.
• Provide support in the quality implementation of various applications from both a user and technical perspective.
