The Quality Administrator will report directly to the Site Manager and functionally to the Quality Manager at the Program Management Office (PMO) in Colorado Springs. The role includes assessing performance, ensuring a viable quality program, and serving as a quality interface with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Implement and execute the SSPARS Quality Manual and its supporting procedures and instructions.Establish effective working relationships with Government CORs for quality improvement.Generate internal inspection/audit reports and ensure they are available to the Government.Analyze and evaluate facts related to unsatisfactory conditions and prepare documented reports.Ensure adherence to directives, operating instructions, and technical publications.Read, interpret, and develop checklists from the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and supporting documents.Monitor periodic Self-Inspections and associated maintenance action sheets.Conduct quality inspections/audits and document performance.Perform follow-up inspections to verify discrepancies have been corrected.Generate monthly Quality Status Reports and provide them to the Contract Site Manager and Quality Manager.Manage the site quality cross-feed program.Utilize the SSPARS Quality Management SharePoint website for quality program documentation.Format, maintain, and update all Audit Checklists.Secondary Duty Responsibilities:Serve on the Air Force Exercise Evaluation Team (EET) for disaster management evaluations.Educational/Training Requirements:A two-year community college technical degree is desirable.Additional three years of experience in related quality programs may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.Knowledge of Air Force inspection processes is required.Required Skills/Experience:Four years of related experience in quality control/quality assurance administration.Experience with ISO 9001:2008 quality standard and computer databases is an asset.Supervision:Works under the general supervision of the Site Manager.May handle 20-30-pound loads occasionally.May work extended hours, weekends, or travel overnight.Physical Demands:Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to travel.InDyNe is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
